The International Network on Technology, Work and Family (INTWAF) was formed through collaborations over several years and was created as an ESG UQAM research team in February 2021.
The INTWAF team is developing an innovative research program focused on technology-related transformations of work and family. In particular, the group aims to explore the multiple ways in which technology is changing work, family and the work-family interface.
The INTWAF team is conducting this research in the context of different countries. Culture, institutions and governance indeed influence the meaning we give to the notions of work and family and the way we articulate our roles in these domains.
